UNESCO (BEGINNER)
William Shakespeare once said "To be or not to be", is about how ideals and the perception of the world shape life. Globalization is worldwide, and media plays a vital role in shaping it as a platform for worldwide expression. However, this interconnectedness has significantly influenced the unique and diverse cultures or people internationally, leading to major shifts towards a more globalized culture. The result? An increased loss of cultures and identities around the world in the midst of digital media; negative social media influences, the belief in the superiority of popular culture, and the dissemination of false information. Culture is meant to be passed down and accepted. Delegates in this council will diseuss worldwide solutions to tackling these globalized issues and their effects on diverse cultures.
DPR-RI (INTERMEDIATE)
CRISIS (ADVANCED)

The Greek coalition pursues the reclamation of Helen under the sovereignty of King Agamemnon, while the Trojans strive to defend their city and honor under the leadership of King Priam. UNHRC (BEGINNER)
The growing importance of internet access has led to the recognition of the internet as a fundamental human right. However, governments often restrict online freedom in the name of national security, citing concerns over cyber threats, terrorism, and political stability. This issue presents a complex dilemma for the UN Human Rights Council: How can states ensure citizens' right to internet access while ensuring national security? Delegates will discuss the balance between individual freedom and state security measures, examining issues like internet censorship, government surveillance, the role social media plays in security, and the impact of limiting online access of global communication and democracy.
IMO (INTERMEDIATE)
The ocean has long been a route for trade, seamlessly bridging nations and fostering global exchange-nowhere is this more evident than in the strategie waters of the Red Sea. However, the Houthis' impact on the Red Sea has been a rising crisis. Many ships that cross this sea carry crude oil and natural gas. Attacks carried out by the Houthis have damaged many of these ships in the process, polluting the sea due to gas leaks spread across the ocean's ecosystem. With the narrowing of global trade routes and the increasing intensity of international relations, delegates will be challenged to resolve this crisis, where collaboration of nations is crucial in debasing this urgent matter. The test of wits will need all hands on deck, and it's time to turn the tides.
UNSC - DOUBLE DELEGATE (ADVANCED)
The Nile River has long been an anchor for the earliest civilizations known to mankind. The Nile has provided downstream nations their fresh water supply as well as agriculture. In the 21st century, Ethiopia in conjunction with 11 other African countries have constructed the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) which would power 60% of the nation's population without electricity and become a part of Ethiopia's larger struggle against poverty. Downstream Arab nations such as Egypt and Sudan views GERD as an existential threat to Arab water security, whilst Ethiopia views it as an instrument in fighting poverty in Africa. With the GERD dispute standing at the precipice of armed conflict, how will the UN Security Council address a zero-sum conflict between the African world and the Arab world?
